The National Flag Exhibit is an award winning model private sector initiative started under the "Reagan Administration"

The National Flag Truck commissioned under the U.S. Department of Transportation......started under then Secretary of Transportation Elizabeth Dole.
For twenty years Marc Valentine has been curator of The National Flag Exhibit and driver of The National Flag Truck.........His original arrangements for cannon and artillery are still used by the U.S. Army.
